A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is part of the process of returning a defective product in order to obtain repair or replacement services.
In order to continually improve the level of service we offer to our valued customers, RMA requests of Matrox products can now be submitted directly online at your convenience.

Effective Monday, October 16, 2023, new processes for the repair of Matrox Imaging products are introduced - including a new way to request repairs for Matrox Imaging products requiring repair and new in-region locations where such products should be sent to.
